Ashley has always been passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle and her longstanding interest in human anatomy and wellness drove her to pursue a career in massage therapy. Having experienced the benefits of massage therapy treatments first hand, Ashley believes therapeutic massage has the power to positively affect people’s lives by reducing pain and stress and by creating a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Ashley graduated from the 3,400 hour Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in Vancouver. During this time and since graduating in 2016, she has gained experience working with a variety of conditions. She has developed a special interest in repetitive strain injuries and pre/post natal patients and the effect that stress has on the human body.

Ashley is fascinated by the complexity of the human body and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Her focus is to individualize and cater each treatment to the patient’s needs as well as providing a safe and therapeutic space for treatment.
